Regular Member
Regular membership for dentists, physicians and health care providers interested in oral health and medically-related conditions who are in good standing with their professional associations. 

Affiliate 
Affiliate membership for persons holding doctoral degrees or the equivalent who are engaged primarily in research OR Residents in non-Oral Medicine programs (i.e. periodontics, endodontics etc...) or doctoral / post-doctoral students / masters students.

Auxiliary
The Auxiliary of the American Academy of Oral Medicine is open to spouses of Academy members and works closely with the Academy to achieve its objectives. The Auxiliary promotes public relations for the Academy and provides support for student aid, scholarships and awards. The Auxiliary meets concurrently with the Academy.
